Nubia Rojas

Nubia Rojas is a South Florida–based International Business Connector, Business Broker, and relocation consultant dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, investors, and families successfully transition to life in the United States.

Originally from Colombia, Nubia has lived in the United States for more than 30 years, building a strong professional network across Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Her multicultural background and personal experience as an immigrant give her a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with starting a new chapter in a new country.

Nubia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages from Colombia and a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages from Florida International University (FIU). Her academic background, combined with years of experience in real estate, business brokerage, and international client services, allows her to bridge cultures and guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Inspired by her own journey and the needs of the international community in South Florida, Nubia founded Prospera Concierge to provide newcomers with trusted support and personalized guidance. Through her extensive network of professionals and service providers, she helps clients navigate essential steps such as relocation planning, business opportunities, and establishing a new life in the United States.
